On behalf of the Rocky River High School senior parents, We want to thank you for an exceptional performance in providing the visual and audio services in producing the 55th Annual After Grad Show. It's surprising the multiple visual and audio service aspects that need to be managed to produce the Rocky River After Grad Show, but you managed them all extremely well.

Your collaborative approach in working with us and the other senior parents was a cornerstone in a successful show and high quality set of show DVDs. This included you educating us on your different services, making the pricing very competitive, and giving patient, high quality guidance to a group of 100 plus senior parents throughout the Spring practices and shows.

Throughout the practices and shows you worked very well with the director and stage crew on important sound, microphone, music, lighting and other performance logistics, as well handled many network and facility matters independently with Rocky River Middle School facility's administration and custodians. You were very patient and attentive with answering the senior parents' multiple questions, and staying calm even though practice participation was many times fragmented with a wide variety of ideas coming at you from the parents to mix into the show.
